Terms And Conditions
1. Services Provided
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services as outlined in the attached agreement or service quote. This may include but is not limited to: coverage of events, portraits, editing, and delivery of digital images.
2. Fees and Payment
• A non-refundable deposit of [ 25%] is due upon booking to secure the date.
• The remaining balance is due at time of service.
• Payments can be made via card payment or Venmo.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• If the Client cancels the session, the deposit will not be refunded.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates but cannot guarantee availability.
• If the Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded or the session will be rescheduled.
4. Image Delivery
• Edited digital images will be delivered within 3-6 weeks of the session.
• The number of images delivered and the method of delivery will be outlined in the service agreement.
• RAW (unedited) files are not included unless agreed in writing.
• Images are not to be screen shotted and only downloaded through the link that is emailed from the photographer.
5. Copyright and Usage
• The Photographer retains the copyright to all images.
• The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal use (or commercial use, if specified in the agreement).
• The Client may not sell or alter the images without written permission from the Photographer.
• Photographer must be tagged in and post of photos that were taken.
6. Model Release
By signing this agreement, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use images for promotional purposes including portfolios, websites, social media, and advertising, unless a written request is made to opt-out.
7. Liability
• The Photographer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the shoot.
• The Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond their control (e.g., weather, tardiness, venue restrictions).
8. Miscellaneous
• Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
